About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions tailored to real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks, while integrating AI solutions into production workflows.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build intelligent systems, develop AI agents, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, train, and deploy AI/ML models across domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, predictive analytics, and automation
- Utilize tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, LLaMA, Hugging Face, and Vertex AI to prototype and implement solutions
- Develop AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous decision-making
- Collaborate with data science and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals
- Manage data pipelines including data collection, preprocessing, annotation, and transformation
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time deployment
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research, frameworks, and open-source tools
- Document architecture, workflows, and model outputs in a structured manner
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring initiatives
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, vector databases, and AI agents
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack
- Strong understanding of ML/DL concepts, neural networks, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience working with foundation models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, large datasets, and data pipelines
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience building AI solutions for business use cases (customer support automation, recommendation systems, fraud detection, etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines
- Contributions to open-source projects, research publications, or Kaggle competitions
